Engaging Your Christian Family!

Shalom Dear Brethren,

This was not my initial intention for a post today,...........................................................BUT !
As we all know, God's most Divine Plan includes Blessings and Guidance which often times doesn't match our own days as we have perhaps planned out. This is the case with today's post.

Reflecting back on our ' Caravan for Christ ' Inter-Church initiative with our partners at B.G.E.A., you may recognize the name of one of our Billy Graham 'DECISION AMERICA TOUR' representatives ............ " Steve Doyle ". Steve is a devout and humble servant of Christ active with many many God-Centered missionary works such as a Billy Graham partner, Church Planter and much more!  PRAISE GOD for his work as a vessel of Christ, which we ALL can be.

Through Steve's Home Church, all are invited to attend a Worship Concert by the Nationally Renowned evangelistic Up and Coming Christian Worship band of ' UNSPOKEN ' !
As a worship music listener with what I consider a diverse ear, I must say that,......well,.......
" This Band is Hot, Hot, Hot ! "
Unspoken's diverse style, their Chicago style Horn section, and Christ-Centered lyrics, to me at least, brought together a modern sort of Pop with a laid back 'Old School Respect' to scripture that is appealing to Christian Music listeners across the wide spectrum of Christian 'Sound Hounds'!
SO,...... Here is the pertinent information as well as a link to the band's website for your consideration. Please feel free to 'Edify a friend', by passing this along. We Pray we may see you there !
May Adonai, our God and Creator, Bless You and Yours in Every Way, and may the Joy of Jesus fill your hearts.

FEAST FACTS,.... (the Omer!)

Shalom Dear Family !

Although I have always striven NOT talk too much about my health diversity within my blog,

( though the Personal testimony of God's work has been, and will continue to be extended in person to interested area Churches. In my case, the testimony clearly exposes God's HandPrint )

I do however need to very very deeply express my most sincere gratitude for the many Spirit Filled Prayers afforded me from so VERY many of you. There are too many Churches, Prayer Groups, and individuals to mention here but, I am Forever Grateful to you all.  YOU my friends, will always remain in my Prayers !.... Although my first cardio vascular procedure encountered a complication and a second more difficult surgery, Your Prayers were indeed heard, your prayers were heard by the Father, and HERE  I  AM ! ,        oh !, how I Praise God ! ! !

( AdditionallyWithin the inter-doctor/inter-hospital communication and care process, a 'snafu' of sorts arose, yet again, within tragedy a blessing appears !  The so-called 'snafu' contains documented details
of an area within our 'Broken' Healthcare System. A 'Blessing', as a National Patient Advocacy group believes that when brought to light, it will bring about the Public and National attention necessary for positive HealthCare reform, and legislative insight. )

SO ! , .... Speaking of Prayer, It is our Prayer that the following post may plant a seed in your hearts which will grow and flourish to an even deeper understanding of the Roots of our Faith,
and promote an understanding that the Bible is ONE cohesive Book, and provides  a clarity
when used as such.
Thank You once again for your heartfelt Prayers, and the resulting Blessing imparted to me by His Grace.

A TIME for SPRING CLEANING, of the Heart

Shavuot 5777

5777: Divide the Spoils of the Double Portion

Shalom Pastor,bill and Donna,

I pray that this special 50-day period between Passover and Shavuot, the Counting of the Omer, has been significant in your life.
“You have multiplied the nation and increased its joy; they rejoice before You according to the joy of harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the spoil.”—Isaiah 9:3
Shavuot is the harvest feast where we are called to remember the giving of the Torah to Moses on Mt. Sinai—the gift of God-given instruction. In a sense, it is the birthday of the Torah and the birth of a Nation wholly committed to serving the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob after being freed from Egypt.
Shavuot is considered a “Shalosh Regalim” — one of the three pilgrimage feasts where the Israelites journeyed to Jerusalem as they were commanded to do in the Torah. And it was in Jerusalem, at Shavuot, when the Holy Spirit came with an impartation of tongues of fire.

COUNTING DOWN OF THE OMER

COUNTING DOWN OF THE OMER

What is the Counting Down of the Omer? How does it affect the lifestyle of a modern-day Christian Believer?
This is a time to purge and prepare for receiving new instructions needed for future success. It is a ‘spring cleaning’ of mind and attitudes.
I believe this is a process of . . .
We decree, in Yeshua’s name, that our offerings of worship and finance are pleasant and anointed to release and increase health, spiritual abundance, multiplication, fire, and restoration into ALL areas of your life!

National Prayer Day !

Hello Brothers and Sisters,
HAPPY  NATIONAL PRAYER DAY !

What seems like a very short year ago, we posted a Sermon delivered to a local Church. (Feel free
to  check out our 'archives' via the HomePage). Essentially we made a case for the fact that our
self inflicted broken world requires us to make EVERY DAY , ........... National Prayer Day !

A few days ago, my dear wife Donna found this short but seemingly ' All Encompassing '
' Morning Prayer '. We have both added this amazingly ' Christ-Centered ' Prayer to our morning
Prayer time. We've been very Blessed since, and would like to share it with all of you in case it
may fit your morning worship !
May God Bless You All with the Peace of Yeshua/Jesus !

A Prayer to Start Your Day !

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for this beautiful day you have made. I thank you Father that I slept last night and woke up this morning. I do understand dear Lord. that I've not woken up by my own power, nor by my alarm clock. But it is by Your Grace that I've been afforded another day in this world.

I humbly ask Lord, that You order each of my steps today dear Lord !  And, I ask that The Holy Spirit guide my thoughts, words, and deeds. As I go out into the world today dear Lord, I pray
to be a true Ambassador of Christ Jesus !
I pray that my light shall shine before men, that they may see my good works to the Glorification of You Dear Lord, my Father ( Abba ), and Creator !
May I be filled with the Fruits of the Spirit as I interact with all people today, and let all I do this day be done with the love of Yeshua/Jesus !

As much as depends on me oh Father, I ask for 'The Strength of The Son', that I may live peaceably with all men today; I aspire with deep zeal and fervor to acknowledge 'You' in all my ways, and that You Direct my paths.    In my King and Saviors Holy Name, YESHUS/JESUS,
I humbly pray, ... AMEN.

NOTE: This is an 'Unknown Author' prayer from the net. Hence, I added just a few words.
            * If any of you know who wrote it originally, please leave a comment !  I found this to be
a prayer worth " Sharing ".......... blessings of God's Peace to You All !

There will be food, a bar, music and dancing. Franman will be on scene if you need a sober ride home, and he will donate 50% of ride proceeds to the benefit. And most importantly, there will be many opportunities to raise money for Chris.

There will be a donation to enter, and that donation comes with raffle tickets for you to drop into the raffle buckets of your choice! We have SO many raffle prizes, so make sure you check them all out. Additional tickets will be available for purchase because you won't want to miss your chance at any of these awesome prizes! You’ll also be assigned a silent auction number for private bidding and we'll be doing a 50/50 raffle as well.

All businesses and individuals will be publicly recognized. If your business would like to take part, please contact her at mleeman618@gmail.com

If you can help us at all on the day of the event, we need help! This kind of event takes so many people to pull it together and make it successful! Please reach out to one of us and we'll let you know exactly what you can do. We are ready to assign jobs!

We are so excited to make this a fun night for all, and most importantly, a huge success in supporting Chris!

Reminder that ALL proceeds from this benefit go directly to Chris Welch.

The Colonel's 'Thought for The Day' !

Happy Wednesday Dear Ones,

My Dear Earthly Father ( a retired, decorated Army Colonel who is 'Not' retired from God's Army! ),
yesterday sent me this inspirational 'Thought for the Day'. I found this following thought to be most
'edifying' to my walk with Yeshua / Christ,Jesus. I pray you are also touched by my Dear Dad's
inspirational 'find' ! ......... May our Heavenly Father Bless You ALL !  ..........  Enjoy!
Thanx  Dad !
May God Continue to Bless Both You, and Dearest Terry !

The Brick!!!
PLEASE

Read It.

Read this today and
don't delete it
 even if
you are too busy!! You'll
see..

THE
BRICK

A young and successful
executive was traveling down a neighborhood street,
going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was
watching for kids darting out from between parked
cars and slowed down
 when he thought he saw
something.

As his car passed, no children appeared.
Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door!
He slammed on the brakes and backed the Jag back to
the spot where the brick had been thrown.

The angry
driver then jumped out of the
car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up
against
 a parked car shouting,

'What was that all about and who are you? Just what
the heck are you doing? That's a new car and that
brick you threw is going to cost a lot of money. Why
did you do it?' The young boy was apologetic.
'Please, mister...please, I'm sorry but I didn't
know what else to do,' He pleaded. 'I threw the
brick because no one else would stop....' With tears
dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth
pointed to a spot just around a parked car. 'It's my
brother,' he said, 'He rolled off the curb and fell
out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him
up.'

Now sobbing, the boy
asked the stunned executive, 'Would you please help
me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and
he's too heavy for me.'

Moved beyond words,
the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling
lump in his throat. He hurriedly lifted the
handicapped boy back into the wheelchair, then took
out a linen handkerchief and dabbed at the fresh
scrapes and cuts. A quick look told him everything
was going to be okay. 'Thank you and may God bless
you,' the grateful child told the stranger. Too
shook up for words, the man simply watched the boy!
push his wheelchair-bound brother down the sidewalk
toward their home.

It was a long, slow
walk back to the Jaguar. The damage was very
noticeable, but the driver never bothered to repair
the dented side door. He kept the dent there to
remind him of this message: 'Don't go through life
so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to
get your attention!' God whispers in our souls and
speaks to our hearts. Sometimes when we don't have
time to listen, He has to throw a brick at us. It's
our choice to listen or
not.

Thought for the
Day:

If God had a
refrigerator, your picture would be on
it.

If He had a wallet,
your photo would be in
it.

He sends you flowers
every spring.

He sends you a sunrise
every morning.
Face it, friend - He is crazy about
you!

Send this to every
'beautiful person' you wish to
bless.

God didn't promise
days without pain, laughter without sorrow, sun
without rain, but He did promise strength for the
day, comfort for the tears, and light for the
way.

Read this line very
slowly and let it sink
in...

If God brings you to
it, He will bring you through
it.

Pass this message to
seven people except you and
me.

You will receive a
miracle tomorrow.

( Just do it ! )
