Happy Holidays Dear Family !

Or perhaps, ..... not So much !

By now, we've all celebrated our Christmas', Hanukkah's, Kwanza's etc., and we find ourselves

mid-drift in what has become the toughest time of the year for 'many'. Especially in this world of darkening times and spiraling world morality. 

So, I would ask you for very fervent prayer for the many brothers and sisters who may struggle with their faith, this world, and the Holiday Season when all voids of the heart may be filled with the Love of Yeshua / Jesus !

The following is offered in inspiration from Step With Christ Ministries brother in Christ, Mark Cable. Mark leads small groups for Next Level Church . Mark was also instrumental to our

' UNITED In MESSIAH ' conference and recently travelled down to Stoughton MA with our ministry as well as many others to the Hanukkah Conference provided by our family at Sha'ar Hashamayim ................. The Messianic Synagogue led by Rabbi Henry Morse.

This is something I was compelled to write this morning.  Feel free to share it if you like.

Are you in God’s favor this Christmas?

I was terminated at work a week ago after 20 plus years there.  In my circle of family, friends, and acquaintances there is a lot of pain and hurting in this Christmas season.  Death of a parent, loss of job, suicide of a 13 year old girl, short of rent money before buying any gifts.  I know most of them well enough to know they believe in God and have an ongoing relationship with Him.

Are we all in or out of God’s favor?

When the angle appeared to Mary and told her she was in God’s favor and she would be with child was her first thought keep your favor God? You’re ruining my life. Joseph is never going to marry me now.

What about Joseph, fifteen or so years older than Mary, confronted with his girl with a baby from another daddy. What the …none of my friends or family are going to believe me when I tell them the angel said…

And it gets better.  Out of the blue a decree comes out that the government is taking a census and instead of mailing them a form he has to hit the hot and dusty road and hike 80 miles with with his nine month pregnant wife! God’s favor, yea hah!

And Mary we have to go where? Are you crazy? I have trouble walking across the room and you’re telling me we have to walk eighty miles! Camping out, no bathrooms, or electricity? Who’s paying for this I want to know because we sure can’t afford it. God’s favor, yea hah!

Then they arrive in Bethlehem and you know they are poor cause there is always room in the Inn if you have the big bucks. Can’t you picture it, wait here Mary I’ll just run in and ask i’m sure they just forgot to take down the no vacancy sign.

Um Mary no dice they are full.  Mary, let me come in with you at the next place. Surely they won’t leave a girl who’s about to drop one out in the street.  

That worked great, nothing says we’re in God’s favor like sleeping with the animals. Oh crap Joseph my water just broke!

We know the rest of the story. It has a glorious purpose and ending. We celebrate this birthday 2018 years later! It contains hope, love, and wisdom. It is the key to shedding the pain, wants, and hurt in our lives and is the source of a future in a family full of love and compassion for all time. 

I just can’t see that from here in my life today.  Just like Mary and Joseph I’m in the middle of my life story and I can’t see the end. God says He has a plan and purpose for good for all who believe, but good luck seeing it from the middle of your life story. What’s the proof God?

For Mary and Joseph part of the proof was in the foretelling of what the Angles said to them.  Mary ran off right away to check if her old, barren relative was six months pregnant like the Angel said. And she was.

Mary and Joseph were also practicing Jews and knew the stories of God’s faithfulness through the ages with the Jews from the Torah.  They knew God’s word was truth. God’s love was true.

God doubled down and wanted to show that His love and truth was undeniable. He was willing to make a love sacrifice so great know one could doubt His love for them.  WE are still free to reject His love, but anyone exposed to His love sacrifice can’t deny His love.

This act of sacrificial love was birthed with the animals, out in the barn 2018 years ago. It was God’s son born a baby who years later would give up his life for each of us. Take our bullet so like Him we can rise from the dead and stand before our Father and claim our room in His house that He prepared for us at the beginning of time.

We truly are in God’s favor when we acknowledge He is our creator, father, source of all that is true and beautiful.  The giver of our life.  All he desires from us is that we come back to  Him.  Rejoin the family.  The light is on. He has our room ready.

Don’t give up, don’t despair. We can’t see the fantastic end of our story that was written long ago, but God has proved it with His freely given sacrifice of love and all we have to do is claim it with our faith in His love.

Rejoice a baby was born. It lived, loved, suffered and died. Then rose up with a new life, full of love, pain free for all time.

The baby’s name was Mark, Beth, John, Debbie, Sheniqua, Jose, Deshawn…insert you name here__________.

God loves you! 

Your story has a perfect ending!

You, we are in God’s favor if we have acknowledged His love.

What is the Truth? Your Word is Truth. We are sanctified by His Word by the Truth. In other words, because they do not believe in God's Word, which is the Truth, the Life, and the Way, they do not believe in Jesus who is The Truth, The Life, and The Way, and The Word of God. And because they did not receive, by the way to receive, the word receive is also describing Jesus when He said, "I will come back to receive you unto Myself." It's an active part on behalf of the person, so you have to receive the Word of the Truth. It's not going to be shoved into your throat. You have to receive, you have to respond. You have to do something.

You have to Receive the Truth. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. Because of an unwillingness to receive the love of the Truth and be saved, many today have opted for redefining Truth and question the Word of God. They ask things like, "Has God said, marriage is only between a man and a woman?" "Has God said, there are but two genders?" "Has God said, you must be born again?” "Has God said, that access to Him is exclusively through Jesus Christ?" Many are saying the Bible is out of touch with reality and out of step with society. This is nothing new and it began back when there were but two people on the earth. Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more cunning than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?” Nothing has had more of a negative impact on our world than the rejection of the Word of God as absolute spiritual and moral truth. Think about the consequences of this conversation; Satan questioned the Word of God, Eve was deceived, she gave the forbidden fruit to her husband and he ate. To put it simply; This one sin killed every human who would ever live and it was all birthed out of questioning whether or not the Word of God was true. 1 John 1:8-10 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us. The word “confess” means to “see as” or “speak of” as the same. This means if we say that something is not a sin that God has declared to be sin, the Truth is not in us. If we say that our actions are not sinful when the Bible says they are, we call Him a liar and His Word is not in us. John 8:31-32 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” What Jesus said to the believing Jews is still true today. Only the Truth of God’s Word can make you free. It is also true that redefining or denying the truths of God’s Word will not make you free but leave you a slave to sin. This is why Satan tries to twist or deny the Word as Truth. He doesn’t want us to be made free, he only wants to steal, kill and destroy and his weapon of choice is and always has been, questioning the Word of God. What began in the garden continues to this day, God’s Word is called into question and Satan is using the same tactic he did with Eve. Genesis 3:2-4 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat the fruit of the trees of the garden; but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ” Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die." It used to be when people heard they were sinners according to God’s standards, they repented. Today, many simply redefine Truth to accommodate their own desires denying, as Satan did, the consequences of sin. John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. When you accept Christ as your Savior you are also accepting the Word as Truth. The two are inseparable. Jesus is the Word, the Word is Truth and therefore Jesus is the way to the Father and eternal life. Denying the Truth only leads to believing strong delusions like; There are other paths to heaven apart from Jesus Christ. This is a clear sign of the last days!  Even so, come quickly Lord Jesus! In speaking over the weekend with several pastors, rabbis, and church leaders, there seemed to be an overwhelming consensus that it truly feels that Adonai / God is ' Waking up His Church!'.

Every time we turn our heads, there's a ministry or a church holding a Prayer Rally, a Messianic Jewish & Christian conference such as our United in Messiah conference, groups of Messianic and Christian brothers & sisters celebrating the Fall Feast of SUKKOT together, and much much more!

* I'm not sure about yourselves, but I often find myself 'watching' for affirmations from above . 

Well, for those of you whom go back to 2016 with us, you will recall Billy Graham Evangelistic Assn.'s  DECISION AMERICA TOUR . We were blessed with the Kingdom Task of signing up

' MY HOPE ' prayer partner churches in Southern Maine (17), and to organize a very 'visual'

CARAVAN for CHRIST, which was a sort of 'pilgrimage' or 'convoy' of Franklin Graham/Augusta

bound Christians whom traveled North on 95 from Kittery Point with signs, flags and  shofars, ..................... Generally Making a Loud Noise for The Lord !

BUT, HERE'S THE POINT

Franklin Graham's DECISION AMERICA TOUR was a Prayer Rally to encourage VOTING for good ' God-Fearing ' men and women to positions within both Federal and State governments.

The Prayer Verse used for the DECISION AMERICA prayer , ...........

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways;

then will I hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.     .......... 2 Cor.7:14

THE VERY SAME PRAYER VERSE FOR THE COMING "IF MY PEOPLE" Prayer Night

The Lord 'indeed' heard out pleas from Heaven, the largest White House Bible Study

in our Nation's entire History happens weekly since this administration took office.

Not that I necessarily care for this administrations 'Twitter'  war with dissenters, BUT !  The men recently elected to office have begun to flood their public speechs with the word GOD ! ...WoW !

So, ... YES ! God heard the 2nd Chronicles Prayer, and I believe He's answering the prayer and has  given us this 'reprieve', ........ a 'reprieve' where He will watch, to see what we do with it.

Will we 'continue' to fervently Pray this 2nd Chronicles Prayer?

I would have to believe so ! ' He answers Prayers in 'His' time ..... right? '

So, PLEASE help us keep the Fire of Evangelism Burning

Together ! , ..... we can burn brighter for Christ.

Revival Recap # 2 and Mother Theresa !

Blessings Brethren !

I Pray this update finds you in the 'indescribable' Joy of Yeshua / Jesus . And, I'm sure you are curious as to what 'Revival Update # 2 and Mother Theresa have in common. Well I'm glad you asked !

As I searched for the words for today's post, I thought to myself ..........' Self ! , now you more deeply  understand the very wise words of edification offered in a famous quote of Mother Theresa's. '

If you're not familiar with the referenced quote, is goes as follows :

" I know God won't give me more than I can handle,

but sometimes I just wish He didn't Trust me so much ! "

So, the relativity here is that as we went into our plans and prayer for our United In Messiah conference, we had hoped that it was Adonai / Gods will that we 'together' might light the 

Fire of Evangelism for the final unification of the Church. Well, simply reflecting on the actual

'blessings' and  'sproutings' and ' answered prayers ! ' that  caused the tardiness of today's post, ........ and actually

'comprised' within this post, will tell you why this quote is an appropriate analogy !

AWESOME GOD !

Our Brother in Yeshua / Jesus Tim Rivera hosted a beautiful celebration of The Feast of Sukkot in a actual kosher and hand made ' sukkah ' !  What an amazing experience of Unity in the Spirit. What a blessing indeed. It should be noted that Brother Tim Rivera contributed heavily to the success of the United in Messiah conference. Thank you Tim !

As a note, Tim will continue to work with us and notify us of future Messianic events and learning opportunities. We will be sure to share these opportunities as we grow together !  Please keep brother Tim in your prayers ,...... that the Fire of Evangelism for 'The Way' of Yeshua / Jesus continues to become a Kingdom Contagion for the Unity of One New Man !  

For those of my Christian Brethren who may not 'yet' be familiar with this Feast, a very quick overview is offered.

The Feast of Sukkot, also known as the feast of Booths, and of Tabernacles, is one of Three God Ordained Feasts which are known as Pilgrimage Festivals. This is the 'Fall Festival' where our Jewish brethren were expected to go up to Jerusalem to celebrate the 40 years in the desert between Egypt and Israel ( The Promised Land ). ( One of the 'last' unfulfilled Fall Prophecy Feasts. ).

During this time ' in God's hand ', the people of Israel lived in 'sukkahs' or booths, tents, shacks.

A favorite verse of ours from our teacher with that Hippy Hippy Shake ! ,,,, Mr. Alan Horvath  seems to be a very appropriate depiction of the day's 'Take Away'

' As for me and mine, ..... We will pitch our tent with Elohim ! '

' UNITED In MESSIAH ' , 2018 Round-Up !

Blessings Brethren,

Before I begin to post a ' Three Day Series ' of  UNITED In MESSIAH conference reflections, updates, and a sharing of ' sprouting seeds ' , I wanted to profusely Thank You All for the 'many' prayers and well wishes for our recent time of family concern for our daughter Meagan and her newborn daughter Addison Mae ( yeah !!!, .... ' I'm a Pop-Pop again ' ).
Without going into deep detail, 2 days after our conference, my dear daughter, my baby princess Meagan and her newborn (Addison) required txfr. to Barbara Bush Children's Hospital in Portland for complications.
Indeed !, we Prayed, you and many more Prayed, and we laid the matter at the foot of the cross.
Yet ' AGAIN ' , we've been blessed as recipients of answered Prayer in our lives. God is So Good !
I very honestly don't know how I can do anything other than to serve Him, Love Him, and contribute toward His Kingdom Plan of Love, for the remainder of my days !

As my dear mentor, Rev. Dr. Wilburt D. Gough has often told me,...

" You, my boy, are Doubly Blessed ! "

and indeed I Am "

 SO ! , ...  Well, Well, Well !!! , ......... ' I See !, ........ said the blind man, after Messiah miraculously restored the old man's gift of sight with spittle and the man's unwavering Faith.

Conference feedback seems to be " WoW !  I see so much More now. " , or, and most concerning
" Why don't I know this ? , or " Why hasn't this information been shared with me? ".

With the seeds of Revival and Unification now planted through the ' Calling Together ' of Yeshua
believing Messianic Jews AND Christians alike at our first United In Messiah conference, many
followers are now 'Seeing More' and 'Seeing Deeper'! , .... Seeing a Divine Kingdom Plan which requires us to reflect on our faith's ' Jewish Roots ', and the ' Jewishness ' of our Messiah !

" Once we allow our common faith to be ' Pulled from it's Root's ' in any way, then we are opening up the door for Adonai's Divine and Perfect Plan to become convoluted with misunderstandings ! "

All in All, we were able to establish the Facts of our Creators Divine Salvation Plan

What a day at the United in Messiah Conference !

Beloved !,  Thank You for taking part in what may well be an 'historical' day in Kingdom History,

                   as believing Jews & Christians gathered to Worship together and to begin the dialogue

                  necessary to UNITING as ONE NEW MAN !

 Together WE Burned Brighter for Yeshua / Jesus !

Friends ! ,     We have SO much to share from this glorious G_d Centered Day. Though, I must

                       ask you to bear with me as ( with Him as our sufficiency ), our family prays through

                      an 'obstacle' in our journey to evangelize our Kingdom Unification efforts.

Our family was 'blessed' with my dear daughter's first baby ! ' It's A Girl ! ,..... PRAISE ADONAI !

Very early Monday AM, Addison-Mae entered our Lord's Kingdom at 8 lbs. 8 oz, and 20 '' long.

I lobbied diligently for the name Esther , ..... but 'no go' !

On Tuesday, Meagan (daughter) developed hemorrhaging, which the Doctors were able to bring into control. ( Praising Him Again ! ). From Tue. thru Weds. our baby Addison developed

concerning belabored breathing issues. Consequently, both Meagan & Addison have been transferred to Maine Medical Center for further specialized care.

As of this morning, my daughter is beginning to feel much better, and baby Addison seems to be on her way to recovery also.    ' Indeed !,.... ' OUR GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD '.

Begging Your Patience !

As we very eagerly await our upcoming REVIVAL of the Jewish and Christian Brotherhood of the Early Church, we though it appropriate to share this great newsletter from our dear friends at TLV Bible Society

As you 'may' know, after our upcoming REVIVAL event, we plan to establish a Hebraic Roots Inter-Church Bible Study here on the seacoast. It is our hope to include TLV learning resources as we move forward with this KINGDOM PLAN unification of Jew and Christian.

As a note of interest, Messianic Rabbi Henry Morse of Sha'ar Hashamayim in Stoughton, MA , and Rabbbi Mitch Forman of Chosen People Ministries have expressed a strong interest in becoming very involved with our upcoming Inter-Church and Synagogue Messianic Bible Studies.
