Inter-Church Fantasy Football
Kittery Point Maine, February 4, 2018 :
Nine ‘ SUPER ‘ years ago, Pastor William
(bill) Bayliss began a call to “ Inter-Church “ Ministry with a Southern Maine
Inter-Church Fantasy Football Fellowship. Low and behold, 9 years later the
Football Fellowship initiative and Step With Christ Ministries actively unites
Southern Maine Bible based Churches with international ministries such as
FELLOWSHIP of CHRISTIAN ATHLETES, whom played in and supported the church
league this year.
The
above photo depicts ( R to L), Pastor, bill Bayliss NAE/ NACM, 2018 League
Champion, seven year old Dot Ryan of FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH of KITTERY POINT,
and Fellowship of Christian Athletes State Rep. and (literal State Rep. in
Maine ).,Ms. Heidi Sampson.
Seven
year old Dot Ryan ( the leagues first female and grade school participant )
definitely displayed her ‘football prowess’ to quite a handful of self
professed ‘ Football Guru’s this year !
A
league Church Rotating Trophy was also presented to newly installed Pastor,
Gregory Lull.
Pastor
bill recalls overhearing a league participant as saying, … ‘ I guess lil’ Dot
pretty aptly showed us all exactly where to park our collective Ego’s’. ha ha
! Step With Christ Ministries looks
forward to additional local community work with The Fellowship of Christian
Athletes this spring and Summer, as well as to what he hopes is a Year of
