Towards the end of my ministry tour in Japan, I can only praise God for what He has done and is doing. We had very fruitful meetings with local pastors and saints from all over Japan and the people were super receptive, including some that accepted Jesus as their Lord!
My next stop is to Perth, Australia, a much anticipated visit by many who have written us over the past two years.
This week I was reminded by the Lord to stay on course in directing people to the Bible and to not fall into the trap of guessing the date of “the coming apocalypse”, as some do with yet another blood moon approaching.
I was also reminded by the Lord, that the gift of teaching Bible prophecy does not include my own interpretation, but merely reminding people of what the prophets have written. It’s so easy to focus on current events and forget that the prophets of the Old Testament and Jesus Himself gave us the real picture regarding what’s next.
Two thousand years ago it was the two disciples that focused on the current events of their days and forgot to look at it through the lens of the Scriptures. Jesus had to rebuke them by saying “Oh foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!”
Following President Trump and President Putin’s meeting in Helsinki- again, Israel was a key point of discussion. The Iranian desperation that pushes them to demand the Palestinians in Gaza create smokescreens, is leading to increasing danger of confrontation in the Golan Heights, and Israel is ready to deal with it. God is watching over Israel and the enemy isn’t happy at all! I addressed all of these developments and much more during my weekly Middle East Current Events Update which can be found below. This Sunday I will give a special LIVE teaching from Australia on the 9th of the Hebrew month of Av- the day of the destruction of both the First and Second Temple. I will focus on Jewish history and the past and future temples of Israel- The Next Temple! Please keep praying for a safe and fruitful ministry tour in Australia and New Zealand. Please pray that my back will stay in good condition with all the flights and different hotels. Please pray that the Lord will keep the enemy away as I faced great attack here in Japan.
Please pray for my family back home as they face challenges in many different areas. And above all, please pray for the souls of the lost that will hear the message of hope and come to the saving knowledge of Jesus!
